Did you know that Reiki energy isn't limited by physical distance? Whether you're across town or across the world, Distance Reiki Healing can bring you the same sense of peace, balance, and restoration as an in-person session — all from the comfort of your own home. What is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki (also known as Remote Reiki) allows healing energy to be sent to you wherever you are. Because Reiki works with universal life force energy, time and space do not limit its ability to support healing.
You can receive energy balancing, stress relief, and emotional healing without needing to be physically present. This is perfect for those who:

What to Expect in a Distance Session
Distance Reiki is just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions. Here’s how it works:
1. Book Your Session
Choose a time that works for you. You'll receive confirmation and a short intake form to share your intention for the session.
2. Prepare Your Space
Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. You may choose to play soft music, light a candle, or use essential oils — whatever helps you relax.
3. Relax & Receive
At the scheduled time, I will send Reiki energy to you. You don't need to do anything but relax, breathe, and be open to receive. Many clients feel warmth, tingling, deep calm, or emotional release.
4. Post-Session Follow-Up
After the session, I will send you a message or email with insights from the session — including what I worked on and any intuitive guidance received.
